Designed especially for athletes, this session focuses on flexibility, core, and balance. These elements help open tight areas that can hinder performance, improve range of motion, and develop mental focus and concentration. With hands on assists, move your body through poses that incorporate all three planes of motion, and learn how to relax tight muscles and tense minds through breath.
